# Contact and report-abuse routes

English policy edition. The main guide is available in Portuguese.

This page applies to the editorial publication RestaurantEbook. It concerns reading this website and following its links. It does not replace the policies of a generator, payment provider or review publication that you visit separately.

## Current publication contact limits

This version of the publication has no on-site form, file upload or monitored editorial inbox advertised on its pages. We do not invent an address or suggest sending sensitive information to an unverified mailbox. The external routes below belong to other organizations and are identified as such. They do not deliver a message to our editorial team, and we cannot promise a response on their behalf.

## Problems with material on another website

Use that website’s own report or support mechanism. Identify the exact page address and explain the problem without posting the image more widely. If an application holds an uploaded file or account, its operator must handle the request concerning that system. We cannot erase a third-party account, cancel its subscription or remove its stored files. A link from this publication does not give our team control over the destination’s infrastructure.

## Intimate-image abuse

[StopNCII](https://stopncii.org/) provides an external service with its own eligibility criteria. Its documentation explains how hashes can be used by participating companies to help detect matching material. Read those criteria before starting a case. Participation and matching have practical limits; this publication does not promise universal removal or imply that a report here has been submitted there. Do not send an intimate image to an unknown address because someone claims it is needed to verify a complaint.

## Privacy authorities

For a European data protection concern, the [EDPB directory of member authorities](https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/our-members_en) provides official authority details. Choose the appropriate authority using its own guidance and contact pages. That directory is an independent official resource, not a contact channel operated by this publication. Outside that context, use the relevant local regulator or official support route for the issue concerned.

## Information to keep for a factual correction

Record the article address, the exact sentence that appears wrong and a public source supporting the correction. Avoid including personal images, identity documents or unrelated private details. A screenshot of a public pricing statement can establish what was displayed, but it should not contain payment credentials or account secrets. Our [methodology](/methodology/) describes how factual claims should be assessed. Until an operational publication contact is added and verified, this page must not be represented as a way to submit a direct editorial complaint or abuse report to our team.
